On Sunday, October 3, 2010 just before 7:00 AM, units of the San Jose Fire Department, including first due Engine 7 and Truck Company 30, responded to a police report of a major injury accident involving a single vehicle into multiple parked vehicles and a tree near the intersection of Park Avenue and Emory Street in the Rose Garden neighborhood of San Jose.
