On the 2nd of March, 2009, a gift store by the name of Rumoroso in the Vitacura neighborhood, Santiago, Chile, went up in flames. Santiago Fire Companies 15, 18, and 20 were first on scene: a firefighter suffered multiple injuries when the roof caved in, alongside two other volunteers - all three were taken to the Air Force Hospital, FACH, for treatment.
