A car accident scenario at the Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service College in Cheshire, England, involves a difficult extrication. The individual on the left is a prehospital doctor (his helmet describes the same), the two in yellow are paramedics, and the one on the right is a firefighter. The demonstration was part of a 3 day ‘Advanced Trauma and Critical Care’ course taught by the Anesthesia Trauma and Critical Care educational group.
