Authorities launched a homicide investigation Thursday into the wildfire north of Los Angeles after determining that the blaze which killed two firefighters was set intentionally.
London Fire Brigade rescues 30 in fire that kills 6

A rapidly moving fire in a London high-rise apartment complex has killed six people, including three children. The London Fire brigade are credited for having rescued 30 people from the burning building, with fifteen being taken to area hospitals.

Convent Fire in West Sussex, England
A fire broke out an empty convent in West Sussex, requiring nearly 100 firefighters to tackle the ensuing blaze. West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service was dispatched to the Carmelite convent, where they were quickly joined by a nearby crew from from Chichester.
